Please include the following information in your email:

• Contact information
• Community relationship and any connections
• How you are connected with youth/education
• How you heard about Breakthrough
• Brief intentions around starting a Breakthrough program in your area

The appropriate staff person will respond to your email within a week and will answer any questions you might have, as well as advise you on how to move forward.
Once you have completed the inquiry phase, and are ready to begin the exploratory phase, please follow-up with me directly. The National Breakthrough office’s specialized growth team is prepared to fully support your efforts in developing a new site, and will be there with you throughout the process.
